Job Details
The Lead EDI Analyst is responsible for the EDI team's onboarding and research projects, as well as the maintenance of EDI connections and EDI master data. This role also functions as an escalation point for more complex EDI tasks where other team members may need assistance.

- Lead the onboarding of EDI trading partners documents.
- Maintain EDI systems by updating trading partner connections and certificates, updating EDI setup data, and performing other related tasks
- Facilitate updates to EDI business logic as business requirements change
- Assist EDI Coordinators with complex EDI import errors
- Audit EDI systems to ensure the timely processing and sending of EDI documents
- Take on advanced EDI research projects
- Document changes to EDI processes
- Ensure compliance with data security protocols and industry standards for data transfer.
- Train and support team members on EDI processes and best practices.
- 5+ years of EDI experience
- Experience leading EDI teams/projects
- Prior experience onboarding EDI trading partners and EDI documents.
- Strong knowledge of EDI standards such as X12 and EDIFACT (800 series)
- Experience with EDI and ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and analytical approach to troubleshooting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills, able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
