NetSuite Accounting / Controller- Certified Accountant
100% remote
1-2 months contract

We are seeking a highly experienced Account NetSuite professional for a 4- 8-week contract to support our team through a critical post-implementation phase. Our NetSuite go-live is scheduled for September 2, 2025, and we need a strong partner to ensure we are fully leveraging the system.

This is a high-impact role requiring a NetSuite heavy hitter who can hit the ground running and bring deep expertise to ensure a successful launch and stabilization period.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with transaction processing and validation
Support month-end close and ensure accurate financials
Build and optimize reporting tools and saved searches
Provide hands-on guidance to accounting staff
Ensure best practices are followed for the overall system usage as well as SuiteBilling and Suite Project Pro

Ideal Candidate Profile-
This candidate will work as Netsuite Account manager and will handling the accounting of company for the people who are doing NetSuite implementations.

Qualifications:
Minimum 15+ years of experience in accounting or controllig.
Extensive experience as NetSuite Accounting Manager with NetSuite implementations
Knowledge of SuiteBilling module and Revenue Recognition rules
Background in Service/SaaS industry accounting
Operates at an Accounting Manager to Controller level
Able to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
Certified account manager or controller, highly preferred.
