The architect will define the end-to-end solution leveraging Reltio MDM, ensuring seamless integration across ERP, CRM, DWH, and the Customer Portal with real-time synchronization and advanced address validation (Loqate/Melissa) capabilities.
Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Architecture
- Lead the architecture and design of Reltio-based Customer Master Data Management solution, covering Customer, Contact, and Address domains.
- Define the canonical data model, match/merge & survivorship logic, and trust framework for creation of golden records.
- Architect the integration layer across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce CRM, Snowflake, and legacy ERPs ensuring real-time data synchronization.
- Design and oversee Reltio workflow configurations, data quality rules, and governance models.
- Define and implement address validation, enrichment, and geocoding processes leveraging Loqate, Melissa, or equivalent APIs integrated within Reltio.
Customer Portal & User Experience
Collaborate with UI/UX and engineering teams to define Customer Portal architecture (ReactJS + NodeJS).
Ensure the portal acts as the single source of truth for Customer creation, validation, and approvals across OpCos.
Design workflows for DSO approvals, multi-address management, and metadata-driven forms configurable by OpCo and user role.
Define and integrate Single Sign-On (SSO) and API-based security models for the portal and Reltio.
Oversee synchronization between the Portal, Reltio MDM, CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP/Oracle), and Data Warehouse systems.
Data Quality, Validation & Governance
- Define and implement AI-driven data profiling and quality rules for deduplication, anomaly detection, and consistency.
- Architect real-time and batch address verification, crosswalk validation, and geocoding across global datasets.
- Establish data stewardship and governance workflows in Reltio to manage conflicts, low match scores, and manual reviews.
- Partner with client Data Governance teams to define policies, roles, and access controls for master data domains.
Integration & Technology Leadership
- Architect API, ETL, and event-based integrations for bi-directional data exchange between Reltio and enterprise systems.
- Define patterns for data ingestion, standardization, and syndication ensuring reliability and traceability.
- Lead the design of integration pipelines with real-time validations and error-handling frameworks.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools (address validation, enrichment, cloud environments, data observability tools).
- Guide DevOps and deployment activities across Dev, SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise
- 11+ years in Data Management / MDM architecture, with at least 3+ years in Reltio MDM.
- Proven experience architecting Customer Master solutions using Reltio, including data modeling, DQ, match-merge, survivorship, and workflows.
- Strong knowledge of address validation tools (Loqate, Melissa, Google Maps API, etc.) and integration into MDM platforms.
- Hands-on experience in Reltio API framework, REST-based integrations, and workflow configuration.
- Experience with ETL/Integration tools (Informatica IICS, Talend, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce, Oracle ERP, SAP, and Snowflake integration with Reltio.
- Experience implementing Customer Portal frontends using ReactJS, NodeJS, and SSO (OAuth/SAML) authentication.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-based data quality and anomaly detection techniques.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) for hosting MDM and Portal components.
- Functional & Domain Knowledge
- Expertise in Customer, Contact, Address, and Relationship hierarchies.
- Deep understanding of Data Governance frameworks, Stewardship models, and Data Lineage principles.
- Prior experience delivering Customer Master solutions for multi-OpCo or global organizations.
- Understanding of DSO account workflows, metadata-based configurations, and OpCo-specific schemas.
