Gen AI Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced solution architect specializing in GenAI, AI to join our dynamic team at HCLTech. As an SME (subject matter expert), you will closely work with HCLTech s customers to understand their business and/or technical problems and engage with them to provide consulting and solutioning for solving their problems using GenAI / AI and related technologies. Your engagement with the customer should give the customer confidence that HCLTech is the right technology partner for them in the field of GenAI / AI.

Responsibilities

• Drive close discussions with client and draw technical and functional requirements through workshops with stakeholders
• Work closely with business analyst / other stake holders, convert business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide solution and technology consulting and drive opportunities for leveraging GenAI, AI based solutions on various platforms
• Develop Point of Views that provide details of scope, due-diligence, approach and business/cost benefit.
• Be an architectural SME to GenAI / AI teams.
• Drive and execute proof of concepts for solving specific business problems
• Utilize the latest tools and techniques in data science, staying abreast of technological advancements to solve unique problems of HCLTech s customers.
• Collaborate with HCLTech business and engineering stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelors / Masters / PhD degree in Computer Science or related field
• Educational qualifications preferably in STEM fields
• 12-25 years of relevant experience

Skills

• Proficiency in developing applications leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM) using frameworks such as Langchain and Llama-Index.
• Experience in constructing conversation agents through Large Language Models (LLM) and RAG-based applications, coupled with a deep understanding of LLM agentic frameworks.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis and mathematical modeling to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Leverage Natural Language Processing (NLP) skills to extract meaningful information from textual data, employing techniques such as text mining, Named Entity Recognition (NER), and sentiment analysis.
• Apply supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and ensemble learning methods to build and evaluate machine learning models.
• Demonstrate expertise in data preprocessing, including cleaning, handling missing data, tokenization, stemming, and text normalization.
• Harness the power of frameworks and libraries like NLTK, Spacy, Scikit-learn, Gensim, Hugging Face Transformers, Keras, Pandas, and NumPy for comprehensive data manipulation and analysis.
• Utilize SQL for efficient data querying and manipulation, with experience in big data technologies like Apache Spark and familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Create compelling data visualizations using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, and Tableau, enhancing the accessibility and impact of data-driven insights.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure, and the ability to develop solutions within these environments, is considered an added advantage.
• A solid grasp of MLOps concepts and the ability to navigate through MLOps lifecycles are additional skills.
