Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement SailPoint integration solutions across enterprise applications.

Coordinate integration efforts across multiple systems, platforms, and business units.

Evaluate existing applications and components to identify integration gaps and optimization opportunities.

Ensure final solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business requirements.

Leverage reusable components wherever possible and support leadership with build vs buy recommendations.

Contribute to long-term IAM strategy with a security-first mindset.

Must-Have Requirements

10+ years of overall IT experience.

Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint (IdentityIQ or related modules).

Solid Java development experience.

Proven background working on large-scale enterprise integrations.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
