Are you an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer looking to build and
support our cloud infrastructure platform?
The Impact You Will Make Here
Deploy and support TCGPlayer's cloud platform.
Enable Engineering to build, test, release, and run services with
minimal manual effort.
Establish and train technical teams on best practices
Ensure that all systems being built are ready for monitoring, prepared
to scale, and are secure by design
Bring together teams of diverse disciplines and experience levels to
accomplish these goals
What You Bring to the Team
AWS Associate-level certification
Top-notch critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
At least 3 years experience with containerization, infrastructure as
code, and pipelines (EKS, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions preferred)
Senior DevOps EngineerLast Updated: 12/20/2023
A desire to automate everything! Experience with scripting languages
(Python, Powershell preferred)
Experience with Application Performance Monitoring tools (e.g. New
Relic)
The ability to translate between Engineering, QA, TechOps, Security,
and non-technical resources, building a bridge between teams
You'll Go Beyond If You Have:
AWS Professional-level certification
Knowledge of security and compliance best practices (e.g. AWS Well
Architected Framework)
Knowledge of networking design and support
Experience in the Microsoft web stack (ASP.NET, IIS, Windows Server,
SQL Server)
Enthusiasm to share knowledge as well as learn from others
Excellent planning and communication skills
Experience working within JIRA
