3Core Systems is looking for Coupa Admin for one of our clients in Ft Lauderdale, FL (Dania Beach)

Role: Coupa Admin

Location: Ft Lauderdale, FL (Dania Beach)

Contract: 6+ months

Job Description

Must-Haves (Core Requirements):

  • Hands-on experience with Coupa as an administrator or advanced user
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues (e.g., integration failures, invoice flow interruptions)
  • User access and role management within Coupa
  • Experience supporting indirect procurement workflows, including POs, catalogs, and invoicing
  • Familiarity with Coupa SAP integration (especially for invoice handoff/payment processes)
  • Strong communication and self-starter mindset able to operate with limited direction

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred but Not Required):

  • Experience supporting audit or finance teams with reporting or compliance needs
  • Exposure to MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) procurement
  • Past work with project-based Coupa enhancements (testing, training, light config)
  • Previous experience in a high-availability, risk-sensitive environment

Day-to-Day Overview:

  • Monitor Coupa system health and troubleshoot integration or invoice flow issues
  • Respond to user support requests (access, role assignments, PO or catalog issues)
  • Manage user roles and permissions within Coupa
  • Coordinate with IT/integration teams to resolve technical disruptions
  • Support procurement and finance teams with reporting, audits, or small project tasks

Projects & Tasks:

  • Ongoing system support and optimization of Coupa for indirect procurement, including POs, catalogs, and invoice processing
  • Improving Coupa SAP integration monitoring, ensuring smoother invoice handoffs and fewer manual interventions
  • Assisting with internal audits, compliance reporting, and workflow documentation
  • User experience enhancements streamlining roles, permissions, and support responsiveness
  • Future system scalability planning, supporting the eventual expansion of the team and/or offshore support structure
