Description:

Senior User Experience Designer:
An influential contributor in improving the workflows and overall experience for end users. This person will partner with the other UX Design team members, Product Managers and Technical Architects to uncover real problems as well as concept and validate effective design solutions. Acts as a coach, mentor and lead for both internal teams as well as an advocate for our users needs.

UX Design Requirements:
- Expert in Figma application, using component libraries and best practices to streamline and create proficient design files for scalability and ease of editing/modifying.
- Proficiency in iOS native design.
- Understanding of AI tools and evolving tech that can enhance and make design and user experiences more efficient and effective.
- Use empathy and critical and analytical thinking to understand and frame problems.
- Comfortable working with a diverse range of stakeholders, including executives, and can communicate ideas in the language of business as well as design.
- Shares knowledge and expertise with more junior team members by providing design guidance and coaching.
- Displays diplomatic conflict resolution and consensus building, eliciting feedback to act as a change agent for the team.
- Ability to work on future visioning for UX, at the same time providing support to agile teams to support the SDLC Responsibilities.
- Plan and lead complex projects within UX and across functional project teams.
- Assist with the development and execution of the overall strategy at the key departmental level; having a clear understanding of the long-term vision and strategy of the company.
- Facilitate dialog with Product Managers and Technical Architects in order to uncover clear problem definition and identify assumptions.
- Advocate for user needs and representation in the translation of business objectives into project requirements.
- Partner with and support Research in conducting research efforts including user discovery, concept validation, and usability evaluation.
- Translate findings and recommendations into fully functional technical designs that will be meaningful for users and also will mesh with the product roadmap.
- Facilitate design ideation and strategy sessions with cross-functional groups.
- Develop structural and strategic work defining user scenarios, workflows, interaction models and conceptual wireframes.
- Anticipate issues at a macro and micro level concurrently.
- Work through implementation with scrum teams to ensure the desired user experience from functionality to form is carried through the development cycle.
- Lead fellow UX Design team members to refine interaction, promoting consistency and UX standards development.
