CDW is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development and expansion of our cloud platform and analytics capabilities. This role will focus on building scalable, innovative solutions that integrate cloud services, AI capabilities, and enterprise analytics to support digital transformation efforts across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage product requirements by developing user journeys and actionable roadmaps.
- Translate complex cloud technologies into clear, actionable concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Apply process design and engineering practices, with a focus on integrating Cloud and AI services.
- Lead the development of internal platforms, including the Cloud Consumer Portal and Cloud Data Plane.
- Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
- Support and enhance cloud service management workflows through ServiceNow development.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, systems engineering, or related technical roles.
- Proven experience developing and managing Tableau dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of Azure and/or AWS, with hands-on coding experience in cloud environments.
- Ability to synthesize product vision with technical implementation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage across engineering, operations, and business teams.
- Background in technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or architecture roles is a strong plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AI/ML-driven product features or agent-based systems.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, DevOps pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
- Development experience within ServiceNow.
- Exposure to modern authentication standards and cloud governance tools.
