Job Description

• 10+ years Advanced Java development
• Strong multithreading & Java process tuning
• Experience working with Big Data / large file processing
• Strong experience with RDBMS
• Hands-on with Spring Boot and Spring Batch
• Experience with message brokers: Kafka and/or MQTT
• Deep knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, message queues
• Strong understanding of integration patterns/frameworks
• High rigor in clean code, automated testing, and engineering best practices
• Ability to write reusable, testable, scalable code components
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex technical details
• Ability to quickly grasp technical information and project requirements
• Excellent planning and time-management skills; strong deadline ownership
• Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects
• Able to work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision

• Hands-on with Docker/Kubernetes, Prometheus
• Knowledge of Machine Learning libraries and exposure to Data Mining

• Experience coordinating with global teams, including onsite/offshore collaboration
