Hiring a full-time Product Analyst for our Healthcare IT Startup client in Tampa.

Location: Hybrid, 3 days in the South Tampa office, 2 days remote
Salary: $70,000-80,000 DOE + benefits package

SNAPSHOT:
This person will sit with the product team and work on configurations, administration and change control.

Support the company's main application making changes as necessary, updating product content, and working on modificiations; working on products in real-time.

OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Product Analyst to support the configuration and release management of the software platform.

This role involves functional oversight from the initial product backlog prioritization to the final implementation, ensuring efficient and effective product delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide the implementation process, managing and prioritizing the product backlog from inception through to implementation. Ensure that the product vision aligns with the business goals.

  • Work closely with development team, operations, and other stakeholders across the company to gather and refine requirements, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

  • Establish, maintain and execute robust configuration management processes to track and control changes to the application and its documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Define and manage configuration items, ensuring accurate and up-to-date configuration baselines. Develop and implement change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruptions to the business.

  • Work with development team to plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring that deployments are executed timely and efficiently. Work closely with engineering and operations teams to schedule release activities and monitor release progress.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to communicate changes effectively and manage expectations. Ensure that all parties are informed of release schedules, changes, and post-release support plans.

  • Demonstrated skills in resolving conflicts/issues, applying critical thinking, and taking ownership of the product's success.



Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product management, particularly in configuration and release management.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated product management skills with a track record of resolving conflicts, critical thinking, and taking ownership of projects.

  • Experience with configuration management tools and processes.

  • Ability to plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
