Description

We are looking for an experienced Epicor Administrator to join our team in St. Paul. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to take ownership of Epicor systems within a dynamic and growing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems and cloud-based technologies, with a passion for optimizing system performance and ensuring seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Epicor ERP systems, ensuring efficient performance and reliability.

Manage and support cloud-based Kinetic environments, addressing any technical issues and implementing updates as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements that align with business objectives.

Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for hardware, software, and networking issues related to Epicor system

Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to develop and document best practices for system usage and management.

Analyze system performance and conduct cluster analysis to identify and resolve bottlenecks.

Stay current on emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration, with a focus on ERP systems like Epicor.

Proficiency in managing cloud technologies, including Kinetic cloud environments.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
