Senior Project Manager

Location: Midwest Region (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm

Compensation:
Pay Range: $125000K-$135000K

Description:
* Lead and manage customer onboarding and implementation processes efficiently.
* Ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of software solutions.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project phases.
* Gather and communicate project requirements from stakeholders.
* Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and meet milestones.
* Provide clear communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Represent the company at industry events as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver software solutions on time and within budget.
* Lead multidisciplinary teams utilizing internal and external resources.
* Develop and maintain Trusted Advisor relationships with clients.
* Communicate project requirements and scope with stakeholders.
* Ensure deliverables are completed and customer expectations are met.
* Monitor client transactions and provide recommendations for satisfaction.
* Report weekly on project status and engage management as needed.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
* 5 years of experience as a Project Manager implementing SaaS solutions.
* Experience with long-term implementation projects including data conversions.
* Experience in SaaS delivery in relevant industries preferred.
* Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
* Competence in application software implementation and testing practices.
