Job Details

Trident Consulting is seeking a "Sr. Full Stack Developer" for one of our client in Phoenix, AZ (Onsite). A global leader in business and technology services.

Title: Sr. Full Stack Developer
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Type: Contract (W2 Only)

Technical Requirements:
Node.js for Backend
React.js for Frontend
GraphQL

Responsibilities:
Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Develop scalable microservices and server-side logic.
Integrate third-party services and APIs.
Ensure security and data protection best practices.
Optimize performance and troubleshoot backend issues.
Build responsive, reusable UI components using React.
Manage state using tools like Redux or Context API.
Integrate frontend with GraphQL APIs.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.
Conduct code reviews and enforce UI/UX standards.
Design and maintain GraphQL schemas and resolvers.
Optimize queries and mutations for performance.
Implement authorization and validation layers.
Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to align data models.
Participate in architectural decisions and sprint planning.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with LOB stakeholders to identify, refine, and prioritize GenAI use cases aligned with business objectives.
Work with the GenAI CIO and technical teams to scope and plan implementation of selected use cases.
Assess feasibility of GenAI application across domains and guide the translation of business problems into technical solutions.
Act as a thought partner to business leaders, educating them on GenAI capabilities and constraints.
Track adoption metrics, value realization, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Maintain a use case backlog and ensure alignment between business priorities and the GenAI roadmap.
Facilitate solution design sessions, working with architects and technical leads to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
Stay current on advancements in GenAI, agentic systems, LLMs (Claude, Titan), orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and others), and platform tools (e.g., AWS Bedrock).
Additional Skills:
Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, from use case intake to deployment and monitoring.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
