Job Title : Network Voice + NEC Engineer
Location: Everett, WA
Duration: Long term
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy NEC voice communication systems based on client requirements.
- Perform system integration, including SIP trunking, PRI connections, and VoIP protocols.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive voice solutions that meet business needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in voice communication technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting NEC voice communication systems.
- Proficiency in NEC telephony platforms, including NEC Univerge and SV9000 series.
- Strong understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323) and networking concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NEC Certified Technician) are a plus.
