Description

We're seeking a motivated, customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk environments who's hungry to learn, eager to grow, and ready to be the face of our department. The IT Support Specialist will provide Tier 1 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across multiple company locations. They will act as the first point of contact for internal users, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution. The role involves troubleshooting technical problems independently and escalating more complex issues when necessary. All resolutions must be documented clearly and thoroughly in the Freshdesk ticketing system to support team knowledge sharing. The specialist will travel between facilities as needed to deliver on-site support and maintain consistent service levels. You'll be supporting a diverse user base-including long-tenured employees with varying levels of tech comfort-so patience, empathy, and strong communication skills are essential. You'll also be expected to document your work thoroughly to support team knowledge-sharing and faster resolution of recurring issues.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
