Job Details

Title: AEP AJO Developer Duration: Contract Location: Remote
Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
Set up and optimize dataflows to manage data ingestion from various systems like CRMs, data warehouses, and web applications.
Enable Streaming Ingestion and manage Batch Ingestion workflows for diverse data types.
Configure data sources for ingestion using tools like Adobe Data Collection Tags (Web SDK, and Mobile SDK) to capture interaction data in real time.
Build and maintain Unified Profiles by implementing Identity Stitching using Identity Graphs to merge data from multiple sources.
Ensure accuracy and scalability of profile data with Identity Namespace
Create complex audience segmentation logic based on real-time and historical data for marketing and customer engagement campaigns.
Activate audience segments across connected destinations like ad platforms, email services, and analytics tools.
Design, develop, and deploy event-driven customer journeys for multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, and more).
Configure data sources and event triggers in AJO to dynamically personalize customer experiences in real time.
Integrate and manage dynamic content fragments to enable scalable and personalized communications. Set up reusable templates for email
Configure email channels, manage SMS channel configurations and push notification services to enable multi-channel delivery.
Conduct accessibility testing, litmus testing, and ensuring email deliverability and smoke tests to validate journey configurations and ensure a seamless user experience.

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Proficiency in configuring AEP schemas, datasets, and dataflows for data ingestion and management.
Expertise in Identity Resolution and managing unified customer profiles in AEP.
Experience with audience segmentation, activation, and destination management in AEP.
Strong understanding of AJO channel configuration (Email, SMS, push notifications) and journey orchestration.
Configure and manage the Offer Decision Engine within Adobe Journey Optimizer to deliver dynamic, contextually relevant offers in real-time
Familiarity with Adobe Web SDK and Mobile SDK for real-time data capture and synchronization.
Knowledge of IP warming, litmus testing, and accessibility testing for email campaigns.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying for segmentation and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Background in industries such as retail and e-commerce with complex customer journey requirements.
Experience working with data governance, compliance, and security best practices in a marketing technology context.
