Job Description:
Senior Product/Project Manager to lead the implementation of cutting-edge Conversational AI and Voice-to-Text solutions.
Must have a deep understanding of the full IT project lifecycle and proven success in delivering complex, customer-facing AI products.
Lead and manage all phases of the IT product lifecycle, from initial product research and planning through functional analysis, technical design, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
Drive the strategy and execution for the implementation of enterprise-level chatbot and voice-to-text applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing complex systems and technical architecture.
Develop, maintain, and report on comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, timelines, roadmaps, and performance dashboards. Oversee resource, fiscal, and program allocations.
Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams (Architects, Engineering, QA, and Design).
Translate high-level business requirements into clear, technical specifications and manage technical constraints and system integrations.
Maintain excellent communication and alignment across all stakeholder groups, including Executives, External Vendors, Technical Teams, and End Users.
Utilize tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow for project tracking, issue resolution, and agile workflow management.
Must have Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.
Minimum of 8 years of combined experience as a Product Manager and/or Project Manager within the IT domain.
Minimum of 5 years of specific, hands-on experience managing the successful implementation of chatbot, voice-to-text (STT/TTS), or Natural Language Processing (NLP) applications.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience working across all phases of the IT project lifecycle: requirements documentation, functional analysis, design, testing, deployment, and support.
Proven ability to understand complex system integrations and technical constraints, alongside superior stakeholder management and communication skills.
Familiarity with Cloud-based Conversational AI platforms (e.g., AWS Lex, Google Dialogflow, Azure Bot Service).
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
