Help establish and mature enterprise standards for schedule management, including creating templates and standard reports for the EPMO.
Create and present executive-level visuals and status reports of the program schedule to internal and customer leadership.
Serve as a consultant to project managers for major changes after the initial schedule is handed off.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Master Scheduler or similar function on large, complex IT programs.
Mandatory expertise in Microsoft Project.
Must have experience creating schedules in a hybrid environment, encompassing both waterfall and agile/scaled agile methodologies.
Must be local to the DMV area (preferred) with the ability to attend on-site meetings (a few days a month).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and present to senior-level stakeholders.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience in the health insurance payer industry or with similar insurance product implementation programs.
Background in government contracting or defense/engineering master scheduling.
