Functional knowledge of Retirement and Non-Qualified Services (409A plan) is must.

Overall, 10+ years in Product Development experience as a Product Owner with expertise in driving projects requiring collaboration with business stakeholders

Must have experience in US Retirement Services - Non Qualified Services (409a plan)

Defines, implements and standardizes metrics, reports and dashboards for the business

Help prioritizes user stories for the sprints, Liaise with clients, technology and support teams

Define Acceptance Criteria, Participate in functional testing and support UAT.

Proficient in all aspects of Program Management. Must have experience in managing complex BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) programs in multi-vendor and global teams.

Experience in delivering a sound and successful solutions to business problems

Experience in participating and where required driving Business and IT Roadmap for Customers

Experience in Engaging with Customer (Business and IT) in Delivery as well as pre-sales to own the outcome

Strong project management and interpersonal skills. Should be able to deal effectively with diverse skill sets and personalities, provide strong team leadership, and work effectively as a team player

Collaborates and address problems faced by technical and business teams

Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Understanding of industry best practices, standards and processes

Knowledge of Current and Emerging Domain and Technology Trends
