PTC Arena Consultant

Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and proactive PTC Arena Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Arena PLM/QMS systems.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting, configuring, and enhancing Arena PLM to meet our product development and compliance needs.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing optimization of Arena s capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:Configure and maintain PTC Arena PLM and QMS modules (e.g., BOM, Change Management, Document Control, Training, CAPA).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations or workflows.Support new product introduction (NPI) processes and lifecycle data within Arena.
Create and manage user roles, permissions, and workflows in Arena.Train internal users on Arena PLM functionalities and best practices.
Provide support for data migration, report generation, and troubleshooting system issues.Assist in integrating Arena with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, MES).Ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO, etc.), and audit readiness.Work with PTC Arena support for issue resolution and new feature rollouts.Required Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of experience working with PTC Arena PLM/QMS systems.Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and quality processes.Experience in configuring Arena workspaces, workflows, and user permissions.Familiarity with regulated industries (medical device, aerospace, electronics, etc.) is a plus.Good communication and documentation skills.Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
