ServiceNow Developer With SPM
4-6 month Contract-to-Hire

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), formerly known as IT Business Management (ITBM). The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow SPM modules to support enterprise-wide portfolio and project management needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • 1+ years working specifically with ServiceNow SPM/ITBM modules.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Strong understanding of SPM components like Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Agile 2.0, and Resource Management.
  • Experience with Performance Analytics, custom dashboards, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or ServiceNow SPM certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAFe or scaled agile delivery environments.
  • Working knowledge of ITSM and CMDB integration with SPM.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM, IRM/GRC, or APM modules.
  • Knowledge of financial planning and cost modeling within ServiceNow.
