The scope of responsibilities of the team includes ownership and backstage initiatives, commercial performance, small/medium business operations, store operations field leadership, and readiness for campaigns and new product introductions.The AMR Commercial Development Manager will be responsible for analyzing the performance of Apple Retail Stores in North and South America and implement strategies to improve commercial performance.

Key Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years experience in finance, data analysis, or equivalent role.Strong Excel experience required.Excellent partnership and relationship development skills.Proven ability to quantify and support conclusions with analytic data.Capability to develop strategies based on opportunities identified within sales trends and insights.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a highly cross-functional environment.Attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes comfortably.Ability to craft storylines and effective presentations.Ability to make decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight time constraints.Demonstrates Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Description

You will join a team tasked with enabling comprehensive commercial performance and opportunity reporting views across all Apple Stores' commercial levers, including hero product, AppleCare, accessory ownership, trade in penetration, and monthly payments utilization. The position will work with a large number of cross functional teams in Global Retail Support as well as Senior Apple Stores field leaders. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Building time sensitive, critical Retail commercial sales performance and important metric reports. - Analyzing performance trends across key commercial programs and synthesizing trends into insights and actions. - Partnering with the broader AMR Ownership Operations team to develop strategies to improve performance. - Support executive-facing presentations and business reviews for the Retail Leadership Team (RLT) and Apple's Executive Team. - Maintain key cross-functional partnerships - e.g. Retail Analytics, Retail Finance, WW Product Marketing Finance, Sales Finance, and Channel Sales teams. - Contributes to an inclusive environment through respecting each others' differences and having the curiosity to learn.

Education & Experience

BA preferred. MBA a plus

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $105,200.00 and $197,400.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
