Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Administrator to manage, maintain, and support Oracle Fusion ERP applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ERP cloud administration, hands-on experience with user management, security configurations, performance monitoring, and a deep understanding of Fusion ERP modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, monitor, and maintain Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud environments (Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, HCM, etc.).

  • Manage user access, roles, and security configurations ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

  • Provide functional and technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues across ERP modules.

  • Coordinate and perform system upgrades, patches, and quarterly release updates, including regression testing.

  • Monitor system performance, schedule jobs, and manage ERP integrations with external applications.

  • Maintain system configurations, workflows, and approval hierarchies.

  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams for configuration, customization, and enhancements.

  • Ensure data integrity and perform routine audits and reconciliations.

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and support materials.

  • Support change management, including incident, problem, and service request resolution via ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion ERP Administrator or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of Fusion Cloud ERP modules (Procurement, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, AR, HCM, Supply Chain).

  • Experience with ERP security and role-based access control (RBAC).

  • Proficiency in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and integration support.

  • Hands-on experience with patching, quarterly updates, and environment refreshes.

  • Familiarity with Web Services (SOAP/REST), BI Publisher, and OTBI reports.

  • Understanding of ITIL processes for incident and change management.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Oracle certifications in Fusion Cloud ERP.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Knowledge of database basics (SQL/PLSQL) for validation and troubleshooting.

  • Exposure to integration tools like OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
