Role: Production Support Lead
Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)
Primary Skills: Production Support - Data Platforms Informatica, Snowflake , AWS, MuleSoft , Reporting Platforms ( Tableau, PowerBI) , Linux/Unix
Key Responsibilities:
Should have at least over 5-6 years experience in Production Support
Troubleshoot complex application and environment issues
Required to have any one or two skills from the following:
1.Data Engineering and Platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Jenkins, Github, Artifactory, MuleSoft, API) etc.
OR
2.MuleSoft & API Integration Middleware platforms (Tibco BW, EMS), API design & management (REST, SOAP, OpenAPI), Apache Camel routing & orchestration, Legacy integration (zOS Connect, COBOL/DB2), Service registry & governance
OR
3.BI/Analytics Reporting Platform BI tools (OBIEE, Tableau, Hyperion), Statistical analysis (SAS), Data visualization & dashboarding, Machine learning (Sagemaker, Python), Prompt engineering & LLM integration (GenAI), SQL, R, Python
Monitor Alerts, batch jobs, data loads, and integrations .
Maintain automation, standard operating procedures, and changing logs .
Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and development teams to resolve incidents .
Assist with the configuration and operational deployment .
Development of solutions to connect customer systems and extract and transform data .
Validate and test configurations against business requirements .
Effectively investigate issues/incidents and communicate findings in a root cause analysis .
Support and document scheduled production processes.
