We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our team Onsite in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Job Description:
- Imaging experience required.
- Perform troubleshooting, part replacement, system upgrades, basic deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks / printers.
- Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective action.
- Make policy recommendations to their managers and be an escalation point for less experienced team members.
- Well-rounded knowledge of the policies and procedures for their work area.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have minimum 3 years of relevant Field Tech/ Desktop Support experience.
- Must have minimum 2 years of Imaging experience.
- Must have minimum 2 years of experience with Windows operating system environment.
- Must have minimum 2 years of experience with troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks / printers.
- Must have A+ Desktop Certification.
- Must have High School Diploma required.
Preferred Skills:
- Additional Certifications for various Hardware Platforms are considered an asset
- Undergraduate Degree or some College coursework is considered an asset.
