We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our team Onsite in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Job Description:

  • Imaging experience required.
  • Perform troubleshooting, part replacement, system upgrades, basic deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks / printers.
  • Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective action.
  • Make policy recommendations to their managers and be an escalation point for less experienced team members.
  • Well-rounded knowledge of the policies and procedures for their work area.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Must have minimum 3 years of relevant Field Tech/ Desktop Support experience.
  • Must have minimum 2 years of Imaging experience.
  • Must have minimum 2 years of experience with Windows operating system environment.
  • Must have minimum 2 years of experience with troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks / printers.
  • Must have A+ Desktop Certification.
  • Must have High School Diploma required.

Preferred Skills:
  • Additional Certifications for various Hardware Platforms are considered an asset
  • Undergraduate Degree or some College coursework is considered an asset.
