Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as first point of support via phone, email, or ticketing

  • Troubleshoot common software/hardware issues

  • Escalate complex problems as needed

  • Document incidents and solutions

  • Assist users with basic setup and configuration

Requirements:

  • Basic technical knowledge (Windows, macOS, common apps)

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to learn quickly

  • Experience with help desk or support roles preferred
