Senior Application Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Application Administrator to join their IT team. This candidate will need to be on site daily in Baton Rouge, LA.

Key Responsibilities:
* Administration and Maintenance: Manage and maintain FileNet and Datacap/Kofax applications, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively
* Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FileNet and Datacap/Kofax applications, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime
* System Upgrades and Patches: Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure the applications are up-to-date and secure
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor application performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience
* Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for application configurations, processes, and procedures
* Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, business units, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and operation of FileNet and Datacap/Kofax applications
* Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff on the use and administration of FileNet and Datacap/Kofax applications
* Compliance and Security: Ensure that all applications comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with SQL databases, scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python), and Windows/Linux server environments
* Strong knowledge of Datacap/Kofax, including configuration, customization, and integration
* Deep understanding of enterprise content management (ECM) systems and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of our applications
* Proficiency in FileNet P8 platform, including Content Engine, Process Engine, and Application Engine
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
* Relevant certifications in FileNet, Datacap/Kofax, or other ECM systems
* Experience with other ECM systems and related technologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
