Location: Bellevue, Washington
Duration: 12+Months
Rate: DOE
- We are looking for a POS Architect who can review existing POS Hardware, infrastructure, and evaluate market tools
- The POS architect will act as a product manager, analyzing and recommending performance for in-store point-of-sale register hardware, connected peripheral devices, and payment hardware solutions.
- Will implement POS and payment technology product selection, implementation, and support across a large network of retail stores
- Should have deep knowledge and experience with point of sale and payment experiences in the retail industry
- Should have strong experience with POS and Payment Hardware products and services, including product age, service ticket analysis/trending, measurement of cost due to business disruption on high call drivers
- We strongly prefer a certified product owner who will collaborate with the PMO/Scrum Master on project methodology to identify issues and provide assistance as needed throughout the product lifecycle.
