Job Details
Title: Compliance Professional / Import/Export operations.
Location: Orlando, FL 32826 (Accepting candidates in Charlotte, NC 28273, and Houston, TX 77079 as well)
Duration: 2-Year Contract (06/09/2025 - 06/08/2027)
Start Date: June 9, 2025
Onsite Flexibility: 100% Onsite
Interview: Virtual/Onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $32/hr on W2
Prepare and submit customs clearance instructions.
Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and agency requirements (FDA, EPA, quotas, Free Trade Agreements, etc.).
Oversee timely import clearance and resolve related issues.
Manage export documentation and filings, including Electronic Export Information.
Collaborate with customs brokers, internal teams, and suppliers
Minimum 2+ years of U.S. import/export experience.
Strong understanding of U.S. Customs regulations, tariff classification, valuation, and brokerage activities.
Experience working with trade programs like USMCA or U.S. Goods Returned.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (PowerPoint is a plus).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with SAP and/or a U.S. Customs Broker License is preferred.
