Our client is seeking a highly skilled and dependable 2nd Shift Machine Operator to join their dynamic manufacturing team at a well-established facility. This position plays a critical role in running high-performance corrugated packaging equipment, specifically the Ward 66 2 Color Die Cutter with Flexo Folder Gluer, Prefeeder, and Loadformer.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in flexographic printing and die cutting operations, with a strong understanding of safety protocols, quality standards, and machine efficiency. Focus:

• Set up, operate, and maintain the Ward 66 2 Color Die Cutter with Flexo Folder Gluer.

• Operate additional machine components including Prefeeder and Loadformer.

• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications and customer standards.

• Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed for optimal performance and product consistency.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and work with maintenance as necessary to minimize downtime.

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Skill Set:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Corrugated Industry.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator, specifically operating die cutters and flexo folder gluers.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Flexo printing and die cutting processes.

• Ability to read and interpret work orders, specifications, and production schedules.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Willingness to work 2nd shift and occasional overtime as needed.
