Job Description:
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor s degree in education, Instructional Design, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and non-technical content clearly.
Core Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs from concept to completion.
  • Support corporate workforce development initiatives and collaborate with HR, managers, and senior leaders.
  • Schedule and manage training sessions; liaise with internal SMEs and external vendors.
  • Provide operational and logistical support for Organizational Effectiveness (OE) training.
  • Develop and maintain blended learning solutions using tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, and others.
  • Edit and prepare course materials, ensuring compliance with corporate and security standards.
  • Operate classroom/webinar technology for live and remote sessions.
  • Monitor course effectiveness through feedback and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated with training industry trends and IT best practices.
  • Mentor team members and support cross-functional collaboration.
Project-Specific Responsibilities
  • Report to Procurement Center of Excellence project lead.
  • Design and develop eLearning, instructor-led, and blended training modules for procurement teams.
  • Create courses on topics like contract negotiations, sourcing best practices, and cost savings.
  • Manage design and maintenance of multiple functional curricula.
  • Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, and collaborate with learning partners for rollout.
  • Engage with SMEs to define learning objectives and align training content.
  • Identify and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Training Deliverables
  • Convert ~10 existing courses (1 hour or less each) into Skillsoft/SuccessFactors-compatible packages.
  • If budget allows, develop 5 new courses (1 hour or less each), including:
    • Content creation
    • SME engagement
    • Testing
    • LMS integration and delivery coordination
Required Skills
  • Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
  • Ability to convert training materials (PPTs, PDFs, Word docs) into MyLearning courses.
  • Experience with LMS platforms like Skillsoft/SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to integrate quizzes and knowledge checks in training modules.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with:
    • Articulate 360 Rise
    • Adobe Storyline
  • Familiarity on MyLearning system and EL&D operations.
  • Background in Procurement training content and curriculum.
