Weโ€™re looking for a Desktop Support Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced setting, takes ownership of user issues, and delivers high-quality support across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

๐Ÿ”ง Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 on-site and remote support for Windows, macOS, and iOS devices.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, networking, VPN, printers, FileVault, keychain/certificates, etc.

  • Install, configure, and maintain macOS systems and applications (Office for Mac, Adobe Suite, Zoom).

  • Perform OS imaging and deployments using tools like SCCM, JAMF, DeployStudio, Apple Remote Desktop.

  • Manage user onboarding/offboarding, access control, and account setup via Active Directory and Apple tools.

  • Maintain and update accurate documentation using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy.

  • Provide clear, empathetic communication to end users; escalate complex issues as needed.


โœ… Required Skills & Experience

  • 5โ€“8 years of desktop support in enterprise environments (Windows & macOS).

  • Deep knowledge of macOS (Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey) with hands-on experience troubleshooting FileVault, keychain, and Apple system integrity.

  • Experience with Apple device management tools: JAMF, DeployStudio, Apple Remote Desktop, Casper/FileWave.

  • Proficient in SCCM for Windows imaging and deployment.

  • Strong grasp of Active Directoryโ€”password resets, user/group management, GPOs.

  • Familiar with networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs

  • Excellent troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a proactive mindset.
