Job Details
- At least 14+ years of experience in Performance testing & engineering.
- Strong Performance testing experience on COTS based applications & their Integrations - Salesforce, MuleSoft, API, etc.,
- Working experience on Apache JMeter (must) and additional tools - LoadRunner, NeoLoad etc.,
- Should have performance tested Salesforce applications
- Performance testing with hands on experience in multiple performance testing tools - Apache JMeter (must), LoadRunner, NeoLoad etc.,
- Able to troubleshoot the scripting issues and recommend to team to work as per business process expectations.
- Capable of enterprise view and act as an advisor to the customer
- Ability to strategize, plan and estimate for performance engineering
- Strong in performance test results analysis and providing performance improvement recommendations
- Understanding of system architecture (web servers, databases, APIs) at Enterprise level.
- Ability to prepare technical and managerial reports
- Ability to strategize at enterprise level
- Excellence stakeholder management & able to effectively communicate across all stakeholders.
- Excellent communication & articulation skills
