Program Manager

Join a Leading Technology Company as a Program Manager, Non-Tech, to drive operational excellence within the Microsoft 365 engineering teams. You will be instrumental in leading change management, onboarding teams to new processes, and coordinating activities across feature lifecycles. This role requires a strong focus on program management within a non-IT context, exceptional editorial judgment, and analytical rigor to improve change communications and operational reporting.

• Draft and refine content for roadmap and release notes, ensuring adherence to World Class Change Communications Standard.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive operational adoption and remove blockers to compliance and quality.
• Develop and lead change-management communications, training, and enablement materials for engineering teams.
• Track, analyze, and report on operational metrics (e.g., coverage, quality, throughput) to identify improvements.
• Coordinate end-to-end projects: plan, manage dependencies, handle risks, and direct technical activities integration.
• Present findings and data-backed recommendations clearly to leadership and internal clients.

Bachelor's degree.

Hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 Message center posts, Release Notes, or Public Roadmap items.

Experience in supporting engineering team onboarding to new processes/platforms.

Familiarity with content quality standards and editorial checklists for customer-facing communications.
