Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator and Interview Scheduler
- Experience within a high-volume recruiting environment.
- Experience interacting with technical professionals (e.g., Data, Java Developers)
- Experience interacting with senior-level managers and directors
- Proven ability to hit the ground running and be super responsive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Stable work history
- Financial Services industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Coordinating a high volume of interviews
- Creating offer letters
- Coordinating start dates
- Following up on onboarding activities
- Assisting Recruiters and Recruiting leaders as needed
