Solution Architect Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the migration of legacy ERP systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud, with a focus on Accounts Payable (AP) and Fixed Assets (FA). This high-visibility role, based in Jersey City, NJ, involves end-to-end architecture ownership, solution design, and delivery coordination across a multi-country rollout. The ideal candidate will collaborate with finance, IT, compliance, and vendor partners to deliver scalable Oracle Cloud solutions that meet operational and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture and solution design for Oracle Cloud ERP migration, focusing on AP and FA modules. Define target state architecture and document designs using Oracle-standard frameworks. Create executive-facing presentations and lead stakeholder workshops. Translate business requirements into secure, scalable Oracle configurations and processes. Facilitate discovery sessions and propose process optimizations. Define and manage integrations with internal and external systems (e.g., expense applications, tax engines, eInvoicing tools). Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across teams. Lead developers and functional analysts to deliver configurations and enhancements. Drive cross-functional alignment and own key decisions across business and IT groups. Required Qualifications Minimum 8+ years of experience in ERP transformation, including at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementations. Deep functional expertise in Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets modules. Strong experience designing and deploying Oracle Fusion configurations and workflows. Proven ability to create and present executive-level content. Solid understanding of data migration strategies and reconciliation approaches. Experience leading cross-functional technical and functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience migrating from SAP ERP or other legacy platforms. Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, OTBI, OAC, FDI, and GenAI capabilities. Familiarity with eInvoicing, expense management, tax processing, and intercompany transactions. Oracle Financials certification or specialization in AP/FA modules.
