About the Role:

We re seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join a leading tech team based in Sunnyvale, CA, focused on building scalable applications that power next-generation retail and customer engagement systems.

You ll work across both backend and frontend components of key enterprise tools and services, collaborating closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications across the full stack (frontend and backend).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using modern backend frameworks.

  • Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.

  • Implement unit and integration testing to ensure code quality.

  • Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable deployments.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.

  • Strong proficiency with Java (Spring Boot preferred) on the backend.

  • Solid experience with frontend development using React, Angular, or similar frameworks.

  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

  • Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

  • Experience with unit testing, UI automation, and test frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Selenium, Playwright).

  • Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, and other DevOps tools.

  • Ability to write clean, efficient, and reusable code across the stack.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise or retail environments.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).

  • Familiarity with performance monitoring, logging, and observability tools.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
