Location- St Louis, MO
Duration- 12 Month+ Contract
Pay Range: $35-38/Hour On w2.
Responsibilities:
Project & Process Management:
* Develops, owns, and communicates holistic project timelines to internal and external teams on a regular basis. This includes:
* Creation and management of all project timelines.
* Organizing and setting up kickoffs, collaborations, and presentations.
* Leading both internal and brand status meetings.
* Managing and recommending process optimizations using agile principles.
* Sharing and celebrating projects, leading retrospective sessions, and suggesting ways to instill learnings within the department and across disciplines.
* Acts as a cross-functional hub for all project executions, partnering closely with internal and external partners to ensure overall project success.
* Proficient in managing high volume, quick turn projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
* Understands multiple aspects of production from print, digital, experiential, and content (this is a significant aspect).
* Manages the production phase of most projects, once key creative and copy have been approved.
* Considers the full scope of projects, beyond simply managing timelines, but also how the pieces work together.
* Thinks strategically about communications and the implications of choices being made, participating and contributing to conversations regarding the consumer journey/experience.
* Takes ownership of project efficiency; understands project processes and how to adapt them.
* Understands multiple aspects of production from print, digital, experiential, and content, including format, sizes, and ensuring the proper asset.
* Knowledge of and proficiency with Content Hub and/or VR Financial:
* Open jobs utilizing agency software tools.
* Works with account leads to accurately scope project jobs.
* Issues POs to external vendors:
* Demonstrates working knowledge of internal and external partner processes.
* Manages all production-related requests from the internal team, clients, or meta-agency partners.
* Gathers and vets specs to ensure project accuracy.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s degree preferred
5-10 years of experience in an agency project management role
Demonstrated ability of past contributions to client businesses in agency service environment
Additional Skills:
o Proficient in Workfront, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
o Experience with Project Management and Agile tools
o Excellent leadership, communication, organization, & time management skills
o Good oral and written communication skills
o Strong interpersonal skills.
o Thoroughness and attention to detail.
o Exhibits a helpful, pro-active attitude.
