In this HPC Technical Consultant position, you will serve as a Linux Systems Administrator, managing and optimizing enterprise-level systems. Your responsibilities will include providing technical guidance, performing system configurations, managing software updates, resolving technical issues, and supporting clients in collaboration with internal teams.



Requirements:




  • Active Top Secret Clearance (TS/SCI preferred; DoE Q Clearance also acceptable)




  • Minimum of 3 years' experience administering Linux systems (RedHat/RHEL, SUSE Linux)




  • Background in High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems-compute, network, or storage




  • Security+ and Linux+ certifications (or commitment to obtain within 90 days of employment)




  • Availability to work on-site five days per week in either Stennis or Vicksburg, MS




  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients




Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):




  • Linux certifications such as Linux+, RHCSA, RHCE, etc.




  • Any networking-related certifications
