PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Developer - REMOTE Industry: Higher Education / IT Services

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, implementing, and supporting applications within the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions environment. The ideal candidate will participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions for higher education systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and support PeopleSoft Campus Solutions applications.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Create and review technical specifications and design documentation.
Develop and deliver solutions using PeopleTools technologies (PeopleCode, App Designer, App Engine, CI, IB, etc.).
Lead troubleshooting efforts during system and UAT testing cycles.
Attend and contribute to status and planning meetings with stakeholders.
Provide technical expertise in PeopleSoft Security and integration.
Monitor and support development work requests and project tasks.

Requirements:
Must reside in the United States no remote access from outside the U.S.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Campus Solutions.
10+ years of experience working in PeopleSoft environments.
Strong background in PeopleTools technologies:
PeopleCode, Application Engine, App Designer, CI, Workflow, IB, File Layouts
Reporting tools: PS Query, SQR
Experience with File Parser, Pivot Grids, Active Directory is a plus.
Functional and technical expertise in:
Admissions, Academic Advisement, Campus Community, Financial Aid, Student Financials, Student Records
Strong understanding of Campus Solutions data flows and business processes.
Expertise in PeopleSoft Security across all layers.
Proficiency in the entire SDLC from design through deployment.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:
Experience working in diverse, multicultural team environments.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
