Job Title: PeopleSoft FSCM Business Analyst - AR & Billing Modules (Contract)

Opportunity Overview:

iSphere is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Business Analyst with deep expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing module implementations for a high-impact ERP transformation initiative. This 2+ month role focuses on end-to-end business analysis, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, integration mapping, testing, and project documentation within the PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials environment.

You ll work closely with subject matter experts, developers, and functional teams to deliver highly customized solutions integrated with legacy systems and third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis efforts for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing modules

  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions and perform detailed fit-gap analysis with stakeholders

  • Map integration requirements for legacy systems and external third-party platforms

  • Prepare comprehensive functional documentation outlining user needs, system functions, and configuration logic

  • Coordinate and perform hands-on system integration testing, including validation of inbound and outbound interfaces

  • Support user training, business readiness activities, and knowledge transfer

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using modern tools such as MS Teams, Jira, and SharePoint

Minimum Required Experience:

Years Experience
8 Business analysis experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
8 Functional knowledge and hands-on experience with AR and Billing module implementations
8 Requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and stakeholder facilitation
8 Integration testing and interface validation for third-party systems
4 Proficient with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
2 Active use of Microsoft Teams in large team environments

Preferred Experience:

  • Working with public sector organizations (state, federal, or local government)

  • Familiarity with Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials

  • Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)

  • Use of SharePoint, Jira, and the Scrum framework

  • Knowledge of STAT for PeopleSoft change management
