Job Description:
Job duties include designs, configures, maintains, and enhances Salesforce CRM systems to align with our business objectives. This role acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce is leveraged effectively to optimize processes, enhance user experience, and support strategic goals. The Analyst provides troubleshooting, business support and resolution of issues within Salesforce
Responsibilities:
This position is functioning within a healthcare environment. The incumbent is responsible for adherence to all hospital and department specific safety requirements. This includes but is not limited to the following policies and procedures: complying with Personal Protective Equipment requirements, hand washing and sanitizing practices, complying with department specific engineering and work practice controls and any other work area safety precautions as specified by hospital wide policy and departmental procedures.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university
Ten (10) years experience in Salesforce as a Functional Analyst or similar role
Expertise in Salesforce Configuration, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex development, and Agile methodologies.
Experience with Data Migration Tools
Experience with Integration Platforms
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of staff and a patient population composed of diverse cultures and age groups
Knowledge of Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud)
Strong organizational skills
Ability to analyze business problems and recommend Salesforce-based solutions
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
