Job Description:
We are seeking a PLM Program Manager to lead large-scale software implementation initiatives and enterprise system programs. The ideal candidate will have strong program/project management expertise, proven experience in PLM/ERP systems, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage PLM/ERP software implementation programs, including roadmap execution and sprint releases.
Define program plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and support process/system improvements.
Manage testing strategy, user acceptance, and production support escalations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementation programs.
Strong knowledge of PLM, Teamcenter, Agile PLM, SAP, or Oracle ERP.
Expertise in SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and BOM structures.
BS degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
