ServiceNow Lead ITSM Business Process Consultant (BPC)

Job Description:
Seeking a strong lead ITSM BPC to perform ITSM Process Assessment, document results, conduct workshop sessions, document stories and provide advisory support. Most be a strong communicator and able to work independently. Healthcare experience is plus.
We are seeking candidates that are focused on optimizing business processes using the ServiceNow Platform. Facilitating workshops, aligning business strategy with ServiceNow capabilities, and driving customer success. This is a heavy customer focused role.
Must Have’s:
- Strong ITSM Experience- Senior/Lead level
- ServiceNow Certifications (ITSM related)
Previous experience in the Healthcare and Insurance domains is a big plus!
Desired Certifications + ServiceNow Certifications
- ITSM – IT Service Management
- BPC – Business Process Management
- CSA- Certified System Administrator
- CIS- Certified Implementation Specialist
- CIS-CSM – Customer Service Management
