If you’re equally comfortable writing optimized SQL, troubleshooting complex data loads, or collaborating with analysts to improve processes, this is your chance to play a mission-critical role in making healthcare more affordable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor automated data loads and SQL jobs to ensure successful, timely execution; investigate failures and resolve issues quickly.
  • Validate file continuity, record counts, and historical trends to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Proactively detect and address late or missing files using both automated checks and adhoc SQL queries.
  • Review “Pending Actions” dashboards and resolve statuses such as Loading, Move, Unknown, Load-Manual, Decrypt-Manual, Load-Error, Review.
  • Document and communicate issues, resolutions, and operational impacts clearly to technical and business teams.
  • Provide actionable insights into data quality, timeliness, and completeness to support client delivery.
  • Partner with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure pipelines meet analytic and reporting needs.
  • Contribute to the advancement of data workflows into Azure Data Factory and Snowflake, helping shape company's next-generation data platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with T-SQL (stored procedures, functions) and SQL Server (development & administration).
  • T-SQL optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and accountability for operational reliability.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to work across technical and business teams.

Preferred
  • Experience monitoring and troubleshooting automated file-based ETL workflows.
  • Familiarity with healthcare claims data and file formats (e.g., fixed width, csv).
  • Jira or similar ticketing systems experience.
  • Background in data quality monitoring.
