Job Details

Piper Health & Sciences is seeking a skilled and dedicated Facilities Associate to join a dynamic and innovative biotechnology organization in the Manchester, NH area.

Entry to junior level job looking for someone looking to do various handy work around these offices and laboratories !

Essential Duties of the Facilities Associate:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal functioning and climate control.
  • Handle electrical maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
  • Address plumbing issues, perform installations and repairs, and ensure proper functioning of plumbing systems.
  • Conduct painting and patching tasks to maintain the appearance and integrity of the facility.
  • Install and maintain shelves and other storage solutions as needed.

Qualifications of the Facilities Associate:
  • MOST IMPORTANT: Professional attitude and good communication skills.
  • 0-2 years of experience working in facilities maintenance/management, handyman/woman work, carpentry, mechanic, car maintenance, house repairs, hvac technician, electrician, etc.

Compensation for the Facilities Associate:
  • $40,000 to $52,000 based on experience
  • Comprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, paid holidays, Sick Leave as required by law, paid holidays
