About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced A&A Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple cybersecurity and compliance-related initiatives. This role involves managing complex projects from initiation to completion, including application retirements, compliance reviews, and documentation updates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, information security, and stakeholder engagement across all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects from initiation through successful completion, including scope definition, scheduling, and metric tracking
- Coordinate and oversee application retirements and remnant clean-up efforts across the organization
- Advise stakeholders on the SDLC Retirement/Decommission process and ensure proper verification of remnant removal
- Lead revisions of outdated compliance reviews and updates to critical documentation
- Create and maintain project-related and training documentation; prepare executive-level presentations and briefings
- Support the information resource accreditation process and contribute to security documentation
- Review and provide input on internal cybersecurity policies, SOPs, and training materials
- Create and manage SharePoint Team sites, including customization of documents, lists, and libraries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance goals
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of experience managing complex projects in cybersecurity or IT environments
- Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple concurrent efforts
- Experience with application/system retirement processes in large organizations
- Knowledge of SDLC Retirement/Decommission procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of information security principles and accreditation processes
- Familiarity with cybersecurity policies and documentation standards
- Experience creating and managing SharePoint content
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred but not required
- This is a full-time W2 role, not C2C
