Job Summary:

This technical position will support the Oracle Fusion platform. This work includes reporting, dashboarding, data extractions, data loads, flex field set-ups and use, fast formula set-up and maintenance, integration set-up and maintenance, change testing and change management, patch/fix management, problem resolution, and maintenance of user security and access. Under the direction of immediate supervisor and department director, provide advanced application support to meet enterprise objectives. Using a formal change management process, including requirements gathering, design, develop, test, promote, and maintain processes to support defined and approved business needs. Solution mechanisms include (but are not limited to) application vendor-provided development/reporting tools, industry standard development languages and development/reporting tools, vendor databases, industry standard databases, on premise solutions, and SaaS solutions. Ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM), or Financials, or SCM, and reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, SmartView or FRS, and experience with Fast Formulas and dashboards.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field. May substitute equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years ERP technical support experience with 3+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud technical experience required, with focus on HCM/Payroll preferred.
• Database experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server databases is preferred.
• Integration experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OCI) is preferred.
• Support experience of UKG Dimensions, including integrations via Dell/ UKG Boomi is preferred.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
