Job Details
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience leading enterprise Bridger system implementations.
- Proficiency in large-scale systems migrations and process optimization.
- Experience with transitioning business processes from legacy FIS systems.
- Experience in change management principles for system transformations.
- Experience with technical product teams and product management methodologies.
- Experience in monitoring key performance metrics for large-scale initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Bridger systems across business processes.
- Serve as the liaison between stakeholders, product management, and technical teams.
- Drive process improvements and enhance embedded Bridger functionality.
- Provide change management leadership to facilitate seamless system adoption.
- Partner with operational leaders to ensure successful system integration.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing challenges proactively.
- Maintain focus on long-term scalability and sustainability of Bridger processes.
